Great buyer. I dropped off the system to his house. Upon running memtest he found some errors with the memory (PC3200 @ PC2100 speeds). We worked it out and it looked like the fact that the PC3200 was generic and specced for 3-3-3 operation was responsible for the errors (the KT333 board wanted to run the system at tighter timings).
Everything worked out perfectly in the end :) . Thanks again!
